In an effort to increase brand awareness and gain authentic content that could be leveraged across the digital ecosystem, in 2016, I built an influencer program from the ground up for the eBags brand. I partnered with a range of influencers from macro to micro on a variety of channels including bloggers, Instagrammers and YouTubers.

Over a 4 year span, I launched dozens of campaigns a year and managed up to 30 influencer relationships a month.
